Reading time: ~4 Min Read
  • Reports are built for the person reading them - a CFO, a fleet manager, and an auditor each get a distinct report set, not one dashboard everyone squints at.

  • Reports run on-demand, on a schedule, or as part of the billing cycle, with automated anomaly highlighting built in, no third-party BI tool required, though Power BI, Databricks, and data warehouses all connect without difficulty if you want them.

  • Every data category is available as a full, machine-readable export, on demand and at exit, unrestricted and never metered, because it's your data.

What Reports Can You Actually Build, And Who Are They For?

Better reports mean better decisions and loyal customers. Use your own data to find which accounts to grow and which to win back, and send every customer a branded report that keeps them with you. From customer statements and finance reconciliation to operational throughput, support enquiry views and management summaries, every report is delivered on demand, on a schedule or with billing.

Build Any Report

The report generator lets your team build a report from any data held on the platform. Choose which transactions go in, whether it's consolidated or detailed, and which metrics to show. A CFO, a fleet manager and an auditor can each have a report built for them.

Your Design Or Ours

Use the standard report design, or apply your own logo, fonts and titles, so every report your customers receive looks like it came from you.

On-Demand, Scheduled, Or Billing

Three report types, one catalogue. Billing reports cover billing and reconciliation. Periodic reports run on a schedule you set, with the delivery and target population you choose. Custom reports come from the generator and run whenever you need them.

Anomaly Highlighting

Anomalies are highlighted inside the report itself, so an exception doesn't wait for someone to spot it.

Export-Ready, BI-Agnostic

Export any report as CSV, Excel, PDF, DAT or any other format you need, ready for your ERP, accounting and BI tools. Your data works in the tools you already use.

Your Team Builds It, No Waiting

Anyone on your team can build the report they need in minutes, without waiting on IT or a developer. Less time spent pulling data, more time acting on it.

Know Where To Grow

See which accounts are spending more, which are slowing down, and where spend is going elsewhere. Your sales team knows who to call and what to offer, straight from your own data.

How You Do It

How Does A Report Actually Get Built And Delivered?

  1. Choose which transactions go into the report, by product, station, status and more, so every report shows exactly the spend it's meant to.

  2. Show every transaction line, or roll the data up by day, month, year or billing date, with subtotals and grand totals where you need them.

  3. Add the numbers that matter to whoever reads it, like transaction count, liters, cost, cost without VAT and fees, shown as sums or averages.

  4. Set the report type (periodic, billing, merchant or issuer level), decide which permission group can see it, and choose the export format, from CSV and Excel to PDF or DAT. Localize it so every reader gets it in their own language.
